We've hit the nail on the head with this trip, even if we do say so ourselves! The beginning of the trip on the fisherman island is incredibly romantic with just a handful of tourists mingling with the locals. There are only 2 places to stay on the island, it's very intimate. Then the final night in Brunate is also a hidden gem. The cable car is an experience in itself offering incredible panoramic views of the lake. And we promise you'll fall in love with Brunate and the sunset over the lake and not want to leave, ever!
