With over 25 years of experience, we have developed a strong expertise in designing and organising hiking and cycling holidays, always crafted in‑house, allowing us flexibility to tweak the itineraries as necessary. We can offer fully bespoke programs—guided or self‑guided—created from scratch to fit your pace, interests, and comfort level. Each itinerary is crafted “à la carte,” enabling travellers to explore independently with detailed roadbooks or with the support of expert local guides.

The journey begins with a personal conversation—by phone, video call, or email—between you and us. During this stage, we take time to understand your travel style, interests, desired pace, budget, preferred destinations, and any special experiences you hope to include. It’s a space for you to share your ideas while our travel designer listens, asks thoughtful questions, and begins to shape an early vision for your customized holiday.
Based on this conversation, the travel designer develops an initial itinerary outline.
This first draft isn’t final, it’s a foundation designed to show what your trip could look like. You then review the proposed itinerary together. This stage is highly collaborative: you share what you love, what you’d like to adjust, and what you want to add or remove. The designer listens and refines the plan, offering fresh ideas, alternatives, or upgrades while ensuring the itinerary remains coherent and enjoyable.
Once the itinerary aligns perfectly with your expectations and budget, our travel designer confirms all arrangements, including accommodation, transport, experiences, and any guided elements. You receive a polished, detailed itinerary of your custom vacation.
Before you leave, we ensure you have everything you need: local contacts, emergency numbers and travel documents including a detailed day-by-day summary and roadbook with written route notes and highlighted maps. We also provide the GPX files for your hikes or rides.
