If we had to pick a favourite day on this trip it would be Day 2. The incredible 'route des crêtes' with the 14 belvederes is quite possibly the most stunning ride we have ever been on! The road took over 20 years to complete, from 1949 to 1972 and what an accomplishment it is!  An excellent way to explore the Verdon Gorges by bike.
