Cycling the spectacular Verdon Canyon : Lavender & Sainte Croix du Verdon - guest reviews

Days 3 & 6 are what make this trip stand out from the other Verdon cycling trips. We've added 2 cycling gems for you to enjoy, the former leads you to to the pretty little hamlet of Robion and then on to Castellane. If you can hit Castellane on market day, you won't be disappointed! The latter enables you to explore more pretty Provençal villages including Quinson. Shaped like an amphitheatre between the cliffs and the river, the village was built in the 15th century around a solid defensive rampart with 7 crenellated towers and two fortified gates. The route to Quinson by bike runs along the gorges on a panoramic path cut into the rock. Absolutely stunning!
