WEATHER
Provence is famous for its 360 days of sunshine per year ! The Provençal climate is characterized by the bright and ever-present sun, and dry summers. The winds and rains are sporadic.
You can hike all year round in the Gorges du Verdon. All the hikes are practicable in all seasons, as long as the paths are dry!
However, if you can organise your visit in spring or autumn, you'll enjoy the best hiking conditions.
- The best time to discover the Verdon is from mid-May to the end of June, and in September-October. The weather is very mild, and there are fewer people on the paths: hiking is much less popular than in summer.
ELECTRICITY
France is on a 220 Volt system
