HYBRID BIKE
Delivered at your first accommodation on the first evening!
HYBRID bikes are without a doubt the BEST CHOICE for cycle-touring and tackling the 25-60km days of our tours. It is a bicycle for both performance and comfort: being light and aerodynamic, it can ride fast and handle climbs. With slightly wider tires, a more upright position, and flat handlebars, the bikes offer a great deal of comfort, too

. Gearing: equipped with shimano parts. Crankset 24 speed.

. Helmet - 1 water bottle holder - 1 lock per bike - 1 repair kit per bike (multi tools - 1 inner tubes per bike – C02 pump – 2 C02 cartridges)
EBIKE
You can choose the E-BIKE option - with a supplement - on all our Corsica cycling trips!
Provence is hilly, and most of the prettiest villages are “hilltop”, meaning you have to climb to get there. Our E-bike becomes a WONDERFUL COMPROMISE: while still pedalling, you can access to a perched village without being a great cyclist. You can also accompany a more athletic spouse or friend
How it works: when you begin pedalling, the electric motor is triggered. You can choose between several levels of electric assistance
Bike specificities
. Our model - SCOTT E-scale or equivalent - is equipped with a 180km of battery (400 watts) autonomy, a low frame (easy to get on and off)
Disc brakes (ensuring the highest standard of safety).
Included equipment and services
- A short briefing from a specialized mechanic, who will show you how to use the E-BIKE. During the briefing a credit card pre-authorization of 800€ will be asked of you as a guarantee
- Assistance is included: meaning if you have any problems, our mechanic will come and repair it at no charge

ROAD BIKE
You can choose the FULL ROAD bike option (carbon or aluminium) - with a supplement - for our CHALLENGING biking tour, where you ride for up to 100kms per day. It’s an ultra-light bike, its frame made entirely of carbon: the ultimate in performance. We recommend the full carbon bikes only for those used to riding them. Though, sleek and light, the bikes sacrifice comfort for speed, they are more difficult to handle, and they are not really designed to allow you to stop every 10km to visit villages… without forgetting that automatic shoes also make it more difficult to walk.

. Our Road Bike - Scott Solace 30 or equivalent – carbon frame
. Gearing: Shimano 105 crankset/chainset – Mavic Ksyrium tyres
. You can ride with flat pedals. Or you can bring your own automatic shoes, pedals, and a tool to fasten your pedals
