Corsica walking holiday : From the mountains in Corte to the sea in Porto - guest reviews

The first 3 days are spent exploring the mountains around Corte. You’re hiking in the wilderness, through gorges and past natural pools (just so inviting for a swim!) and up to the lakes, the beautiful Lac di Melo and, if you can handle the climb, the lac de Capitello, possibly the most spectacular place you will ever picnic!

Ah, those lakes…..

Then a change of scenery for the last leg of the trip, to Porto, on the western coast of Corsica and the glistening waters of the Med. From the moderate walks to the more challenging, we take you inland to Piana and along the coast to Girolata a village lost in time, only accessible on foot or by boat.

We do make you climb. But you have to climb to get the best panoramic views so it’s totally worth it!
