"Both hotels’ restaurants were outstanding. The service at Le Couvent des Minimes was the best! Perhaps in the future, you might mention that there is no air conditioning in Hotel Val de Sault. We were there during the extreme heat wave. Would you recommend us to your friends ? Yes ! "

“Olivier and Magali, our guides for the day, were excellent. Olivier was very knowledgeable about the geography, history, plants, flowers and wines ! Magali with plants & flowers. We really enjoyed the accommodations especially La Bergerie that we loved. The lavender walks & the vineyards have been the highlights of our trip.
