ADD AN EXTRA LOOP WALK to the genuine village of Goult

  • WALK : 3 hours 450 - 12km - +100m / -250m
  • We recommend an extra night in beautiful Gordes, you can then enjoy an extra walk to the authentic and pretty village of Goult, off the tourist radar
  • Today’s journey takes you to two villages far from the tourist path: the first is Saint Pantaléon, a tiny hamlet, and then Goult, a marvelous perched village whose castle ruins are set among its old stone homes. Transfer back to Gordes at the end of your walk.

  • Have an extra night in Bonnieux, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and add this beautiful extra walk in the remote Luberon mountains
  • WALK : 4 hours - 11.5km / 6.8 miles - Ascent +300m / Descent -500m
  • You begin by a leisurely stroll, mostly level, on farming tracks behind Bonnieux. You then climb steadily but easily towards the crest of the Luberon where you are met by majestic views of the plains. You remain atop the crest on an undulating track before a short but very steep climb towards a rounded summit: from here you embark on a long descend down the south face towards Lourmarin.
    Transfer back to Bonnieux at the end of the day

This Food & Wine half-day tour offers the perfect combination of food, wine and sightseeing. It will please every food and wine lover ! 
You meet local artisans and taste regional products (small groups of max 8).
- From 9am, you embark on a 3h30 tour of Avignon with your guide exploring the picturesque parts of the town and learning about culinary traditions and local history, from the oldest bakery in town to the best chocolate maker. At the end of the tour, we end with a tasting of a Châteauneuf du Pape wine, the region’s most prestigious wine. 
- The tour includes approximately 10 tastings (food, olive oil ..) and a wine tasting.
- Available only in the morning from Tuesday to Saturday

  • You meet the chef at 9h30 at the covered market in Avignon to gather all the food for your cooking class.

    - A walk into the vineyards with explanation about the grape varieties, climate and soils specific to Chateauneuf du Pape.
    - Private visit to a family run winery. Explanation about the vinification and aging process + wine tasting (including barrel wine tasting)
    - Second wine tasting in a different winery
    - Lunch: Booked in a traditional restaurant in Chateauneuf du Pape (lunch is not included in the tour price)
    - Private visit to a Château (one of the most famous and oldest cellars in the area) + wine tasting
    - Private visit to a traditional organic winery
    - Chocolate and wine tasting (if time permits)
  • 5pm : Transfer back to Avignon at the end of the day
