Stroll on Rue de la Liberté, the main pedestrian street or follow the owl trail to the best attractions in Dijon and enjoy a coffee on liberation square offering the absolute best view of the front façade of the Dukes Palace. A journey through Burgundy's vineyards

You spend time walking the Côte d’Or, literally meaning “Golden Slope or Coast”, a term referring to the allure of the vineyards in the autumn, their leaves changing colour and creating a golden blanket over the countryside. The limestone slopes covered in vines that are well exposed to the morning sun are used to make the famous “Côtes de Beaune”.

Visit the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, a gem in Burgundy's wine country. Famed for its prestigious Pinot Noir vineyards, including revered Grand Cru appellations like Chambertin, the village is a haven for wine connoisseurs. The historic Château de Gevrey-Chambertin adds a touch of medieval allure, while the Church of Saint Aignan, standing since the 13th century, echoes the village's enduring heritage. With a landscape adorned by meticulously tended vineyards, Gevrey-Chambertin beckons visitors to savor the essence of traditional winemaking, where each sip reflects the centuries-old commitment to crafting some of the world's finest wines.
